Ashwood Netball Club is running the BBQ at the WDNA courts on Saturday 23rd August. This is our biggest fundraiser for the year, with proceeds going towards new equipment, presentation night, upskilling coaches and maintaining our clubrooms. We require parents & players to work the BBQ. A reminder that we are able to keep our club fees low because we are run entirely by volunteers (including all coach & committee positions) and it’s an expectation that all club members volunteer in some way. So if you’re able to volunteer an hour of time we strongly encourage you to do so.

We need 4x volunteers per time slot. Please leave a comment what time you can volunteer for, your name (or names if you have multiple family members volunteering). A roster will be posted and updated. If your name is not on the roster we likely already have enough volunteers for that time slot.

Time slots are:
8am-9am
9am-10am
10am-11am
11am-12pm
12pm-1pm
1pm-2pm
2pm-3pm
3pm-4pm (BBQ may be finished before this shift, will update on the day)
